Thank you for stopping by to view the latest updates from Inspire.Motivate.Lead. As the Director of IML, I am excited to share our latest projects bringing to communities visionary leadership development for youth and adults.

Spring 2011:

-Our updated INSPIRE Project has extended to cover the creative expression of those working in the arts of photography, dance, journal writing, and paint formats. Contact us for more information.

-We are finalizing plans for the 2011-2012 school year. If you are an Educator needing staff development training, please share with us your requests and we will do our best to include you this year.

Professional Development & Workplace Wellness Seminar

On February 23, 2011, IML brings visionary tools for Workplace Motivation to Hon-Dah Casino and Conference Center in Pinetop, Arizona. This half-day Seminar includes innovative techniques for Staff Development, Effective Communication, and Workplace Wellness. We invite you to join us, as we engage in highly responsive components to foster the well-being of our communities. Registration information is attached. 2011 Blessings!

Throughout the past year, I've been fortunate to experience an array of personalities, beliefs, social structures, and cultural understandings pertinent to life's ambitions. Through these platforms, I've come to understand the need for positive placement in the lives of individuals. In my experience as a leadership trainer, I have been introduced to countless ladies, young and old alike, who wish to seek avenues of self-fulfilled peace of mind. As I listen to their thoughts, I realize there is a fundamental need to restore insight and engage women to become active in the conversations of self-awareness. With this in mind, I've created an opportunity for Women to participate in their own personal development toward well-being.

On January 26, 2011, I will spend an evening with women to engage in a self-discovery journey of empowered thinking and redefine the levels of self, as it pertains to life goals, self-confidence, personal roles, and life ambitions. I've carefully designed this evening to be shared with all ages of women who seek tools for productive progress.

Please take a moment to register. This evening has been designed with you in mind, and will promise to bring an uplifted renewal to redefine self. This event is an open invitation to every woman 18 years of age and older.

What are you intending?

Ventures throughout the US have created an immense love and excitement for the possibilities of progress. During the past six months, I’ve rediscovered life in many ways, which have brought forth new and refreshing perspectives to my every day ambition.

As an entrepreneur, I often find myself looking at ways to uncover the new while creating pathways to step away from the ordinary. From this viewpoint, this year has definitely given me a reason to experience the deliciousness of life.

This evening, I set my mind forward and understand the power, Thought and Intention, have played in the divine order of this world. Personally speaking, I can see how intention has created avenues in my own goals to lead world youth as a business owner and educator. To intend success, through mind, emotion, and vision has afforded life with the ability to recognize the infinite in all things. The power of vision creates an ability to see clear the possible, and release the hindrance of doubt and fear.

As we all move toward this wonderful Fall season of 2010, let us remind our world, that the power of thoughts create the power of intention, and through intention, the manifesting of what is or what isn’t will surely reveal itself.
